RETURN POLICY Our return policy has recently been updated. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date. To receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, please contact Customer Service.
The returned item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached and must not have been worn, used, altered or washed. Refunds will be offered on returns made within 30 days of the delivery date and will be credited back to the original form of payment.* For returns received after 30 days of the delivery date, refunds will be issued in the form of an online credit for the original selling price.
Once your return is received and inspected by ALiAS Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

There are exceptions to our 30-day return policy. For example, during the holidays, items shipped by ALiAS between November 1st 2017 and December 31st 2017 can be returned until January 31st 2018.
*Please note: Shipping fees will be refunded on orders that are returned in full.
Follow the steps below for an easy return:
1. To start your return, email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a Return Authorization and Pre-paid Shipping Label via FedEx.
2. Enclose items being returned into your original ALiAS MX box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
3. Securely attach your emailed return label to the shipping box.
4. Take package to your local FEDEX Service Center.
5. We recommend keeping record of your shipment until your return has been approved and you have received credit.

We want you to love your ALiAS purchase. If, for any reason*, you need to exchange an item, we will gladly assist you. Any merchandise purchased can be exchanged within 30 days from order delivery date. We will gladly look up your purchase information with your Order Number, First and Last Name or Email Address associated with the order.
1. Confirm the items you'd like to return (item description, size, quantity) and reason for your return.
2. Request the items you’d like in exchange (item description, size, quantity).
We will set up your exchange in our system and process the new sales order, which will ship once the return has been received and processed.

No return or exchange will be accepted on altered or personalized merchandise, ie. Custom Jersey Prints. All sales are final (with the exception errors made by ALiAS). Due to the custom nature, we are not able to add those items back into inventory if they are returned.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
If we further reduce an item within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the price difference when you present your original order number or order confirmation upon email request. Exclusions: Clearance items, promotional sales, flash sales, or items purchased up to 10 days before Thanksgiving, Black Friday or Cyber Week.

Warranties covering merchandise sold at ALiAS are available through Customer Service. In case of manufacturing defect, or for any other inquiries regarding warranty policies, please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALiAS products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. ALiAS makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. ALiAS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your ALiAS product contains a defect, you may send the product to ALiAS for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at ALiAS' sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by ALiAS' warranty policy will be shipped back to you.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we’ve partnered International Checkout, to place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase into our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You will then be able to select your billing and shipping country.
Q: How long does it take for orders to get to my country?
A: International Checkout provides two shipping options:
Standard Shipping: delivery in approximately 8 – 20 business days
Priority Shipping: delivery in approximately 4 – 10 business days
Please note that transit times are estimated and do not include any delays caused by customs.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
