ALiAS WEB ORDER RETURN POLICY

General Orders:

The return period is 30 days from the delivery date of your order. There is no restocking fee (with the exception of helmets: see below).

The Customer is responsible to keep all proof of/for a return, including all shipping information.

Sales on Custom Jersey prints are Final (with the exception errors made by ALiAS). Due to the custom nature, we are not able to add those items back into inventory if they are returned.

Helmet Return & Exchange policy: 

To exchange helmet sizes: Liners only will be exchanged without a fee, unless other arrangements need to be made.

Helmets being returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a helmet is returned and it is damaged by the customer (i.e. from a crash, abuse, or otherwise) the helmet may be deemed non-refundable.

Please contact ALiAS at info@aliasmx.com for a return authorization number. Include your order number (your order number begins “AB-“) and the reason why you are requesting a return. (International orders see contact info below)

In case of manufacturing defect, or for any other inquiries regarding warranty policies, please contact the customer service department at info@aliasmx.com.

P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via FedEx SmartPost. Due to handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer FedEx, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services only.

Express Shipping Options

FedEx Next Day Air:
When orders are placed before 2PM PST, Delivery by 3 p.m. the next business day to most areas, by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas and by 8 p.m. to residences. Available throughout all 50 states (except certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii). Service days Mon-Fri.

FedEx 2Day Air:
When orders are placed before 2PM PST, Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by 8 p.m. to residences. Available throughout all 50 states. Service days Mon-Fri.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING

ALiAS MX has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. Any International discount codes must be entered on this page. In You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from ALiAS MX. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we’ve partnered International Checkout, to place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase into our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You will then be able to select your billing and shipping country.

Q: How long does it take for orders to get to my country?
A: International Checkout provides two shipping options:
Standard Shipping: delivery in approximately 8 – 20 business days
Priority Shipping: delivery in approximately 4 – 10 business days
Please note that transit times are estimated and do not include any delays caused by customs.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: International Checkout is offers a secure payment portal for Visa Card, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, JCB Card, Diner’s Club Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Visa Card, MasterCard, and JCB Card payments will be processed in your local currency.

Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A: To determine the cost of shipping and handling to your destination, please follow these steps. No personal or payment information will be required and you will not be obligated to place an order.

- Select and add all of the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and select the “International Checkout” button.

- Select your payment method (the payment method you choose will not affect the cost of shipping and handling).

- Select your billing and shipping country.

- Select your shipping method (Standard or Priority) and whether you would like to prepay duties and taxes.

You will see an all inclusive price for all of the costs associated with your order, including delivery.
